VESSEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Acting as the ISM & ISPS Company, we provide simple and effective compliance utilising our Horizon ship management software package as a key driver of safe and reliable operations on board. Alongside this we provide expert support for technical repair and maintenance to ensure that the vessel is at all times ready for operations.

For vessels under 500GT we ensure a safe and well organised management system is in place, again using our Horizon ship management software to ensure that even the smallest vessels are properly managed.

Within our Horizon ship management software we provide a simple to use Planned Maintenance System (PMS) that ensures a seamless connection between the vessel and our Technical Department to drive better organisation and recording of maintenance tasks on board.

As part of our performance management model we emphasise the three key elements in vessel performance management:
SAFETY
Vessel and Compliance Managers engage regularly with the Master and their onboard management team to encourage safe work planning, near miss and incident reporting to ensure we foster a safe culture on board.
RELIABILITY
Technical Superintendents engage regularly with engineers and crew on board to ensure planning ahead for any maintenance to prevent unnecessary interruptions in service and a quick and correct response to repair items, minimising any downtime.
CAPABILITY
Equipment that is operating correctly, the opportunity to improve equipment capability, and close coordination with the commercial function within the owner’s organisation ensure that we are able to maximise the capability of the asset to perform well in the market.
